We at GTCI would like to introduce ourselves to you. We have been one of Central Ohio's best kept secrets for many years.

Hello. My name is George Thomas, and I have been doing construction, restoration, and remodeling work in the Central Ohio area for over 30 years. I have a philosophy that honesty, good workmanship, fairness, and a willingness to accommodate my customers would cause GTCI to experience growth and stability. It certainly seems to be working. In 30 years of building, designing, and custom remodeling, we have never found a need to advertise in the phone book. That's right! You won't' find our ad in the Yellow Pages. I thought it was time to tell our customers who they are contracting with, or are considering.

We specialize in all types of insurance work ranging from fire, hail, wind, and floods. We also do content-related salvage, pack-outs, deodorization, and extractions. GTCI also specializes in face lifts for large apartment and condominium complexes. We can be anywhere in central Ohio within 90 minutes of your phone call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Chances are that you are reading this because you are the manager of a complex, a claims adjuster, a property manager, a board member of a condominium complex, or a homeowner someone referred to us. We have probably done work for someone you know.
